How long does my order take to ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the time payment is successfully received. While we make every effort to ship orders the same business day or the following business day, expedited handling is not guaranteed and should not be assumed. Shipping timelines may vary due to order volume, product availability, carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping and only ship to addresses within the United States. This includes U.S. territories unless otherwise stated. International shipping options may become available in the future, but availability, pricing, and timelines are subject to change at our sole discretion without prior notice.

What is your return policy? 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Exceptions may be considered only in limited circumstances and solely at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where an incorrect item was shipped or an error occurred on our part. Factors such as item type, condition, weight, and shipping costs may be evaluated when determining eligibility. Any approved exception does not guarantee a refund and may result in a replacement or store credit, as determined by us.
